Originally from Scotland, Ivonne has been a member of CIT Reid's culinary arts since 2015. Ivonne's extensive practical experience in the catering industry over 20 years give her an insight on how to make great food and Innovate for the future. She moved to Queensland from Scotland with her partner, where she spent many years cooking as a Chef. When Ivonne's son was born she decided it would be best to share her love of cooking and her knowledge with the next generation of chefs. She began work at TAFE in Qld before her move to Canberra and CIT Reid. Ivonne was very happy to be a part of pressure cooker as it gave an outlet of for all departments of CIT to show-off their talent.
