Anurag is the Corporate Executive Chef for the Canberra Southern Cross Club. He fell in love with the Canberra due to its proximity to bush and beach. Anurag has been cooking every day for more than 30 years and loves every minute of it. He is one of only a few chefs who has worked on 5 continents running and managing some of the top restaurants in the world. He is a multi-award winner and passionate about local produce. Anurag loves working with local artisan producers in the Canberra region, showcasing their wonderful market produce. Other than his passion for cooking, Anurag is a keen bushwalker and photographer, whenever he gets time, he can be found in the bush with his camera.
